Thayer is Vice President and Director of Commercial with Century 21 Commonwealth Commercial, where he directs the sales, leasing, development, and management for Commonwealth.
He also works with companies enabling them to achieve their real estate objectives, through tenant representation, lease negotiation, sale-leasebacks and purchases of office, retail and industrial sites.
Thayer works with commercial property owners from all over the country on building their real estate portfolios through investments and developments.

Thayer serves on the Commercial Advisory Board for Century 21 Corporation, giving guidance and leadership to Century 21 management and their 8,000 offices in over 70 countries. He is also on the Professional Standards Committee for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and an Advisor with Gerson Lehrman Group and the Coleman Research Group Executive Forum.
